Training should give you freedom, not dependence.

 

You don’t need a gym full of machines to become stronger, healthier, and more capable. With the right guidance and the right methods, you can train anywhere.

My coaching focuses on:

 

• Strength and conditioning

• Functional and metabolic training

• Long-term health

• Developing autonomy in training

 

My goal is not only to train you.

My goal is to teach you how to train your body.

The Method

I don’t believe in random workouts.

 

Each program follows a progression:

 

  1. Build the base

    Stability, control, and movement quality

  2. Develop capacity

    Endurance, coordination, consistency

  3. Increase resistance

    Strength, intensity, adaptation

  4. Unlock performance

    Freedom of movement, confidence, autonomy

 

 

The objective is simple:

Make you capable, without depending on me.

Online Program

Every 4 weeks, your program evolves to keep you progressing, adapting tou your body and your results. 

You'll also benefit from two consultation sessions every 4 weeks, allowing us to adjust your training, refine your technique, and keep you aligned with your objectives.

This is more than a program, it's condituous  guidance to help you move better,  and perform with freedom

Online Personal training

Train at Superior Fitness or  at Fort  Marcy Park, Santa Fe, NM with professional guidance and a structured program. 

Ideal for:

- Strenght development.

- fal Loss.

- Functional and Metabolic training.

Add to 4 sessions, an online program will be created.

Bootcamps Classes

4 Classes plan

at Fort Marcy Park 

Every Saturday at 10:00 am

Small Group (2 - 10 Participants)

These classes combine:

- Strength.

- Conditioning.

- Functional Movements.

-Team Energy.

Boorcamp classes are challenging but accessible to all levels.
