This is a fantastic method to challenge your mind and body. You receive a workout program, through the Trainerizer App. of five hiit training sessions per week. Each exercise comes with a video so you can execute the exercise properly. During the 6 weeks we will have interaction so we can both work together to achieve optimum results.

A written online workout program with exercise videos through the Trainerize App.
A video chat consultation to evaluate your goals and needs.
This program is personalized to your goals, available time and level of fitness.
Constant communication with me for continues readjustment of your needs
