While adding 15 minutes of aerobic exercise to your daily

routine may seem impossible, don't underestimate the benefits

of micro workouts. Interval training is the secret to their

success.


Micro workouts consist of a sequence of exercises that target

all major muscle groups, such as push ups, squats, planks, and

jumping jacks. These exercises require no equipment and can

be performed in the morning, during the lunch break, or the

evening.


You can do one or two sessions per day. Heart health,

improved appetite, weight loss, improved muscles, and

reduced anxiety and stress are among the health benefits.

To begin a micro workout and avoid injury, it is important to know all the right equipment, clothing, and accessories, as well as the correct precautions. Before beginning any exercise program, consult with your healthcare provider.
