Vegan recipe: Turmeric Ginger Pre-Workout Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 Small knob of fresh turmeric, peeled
1 Small knob of fresh ginger, peeled
3 Dates, pitted
½ cup fresh pineapple
¼ cup hemp seeds
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 - 8 oz glass filtered water
Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender until everything is
mixed well. Turmeric and ginger help with inflammation and
sore muscles which can be a good start in the morning before
you start your activities in the day.
