Vegan Recipe : Yummy Energy Bars


Yummy Energy Bars

INGREDIENTS

⅓ cup almond flour

⅓ cup pecans, chopped

⅓ cup walnuts, chopped

½ cup organic oats

¼ cup coconut flakes

⅓ cup dried cranberries (no sugar added)

⅓ cup yellow raisins

5 dates, pitted

½ cup peanut/almond butter





Vegan Recipe : Yummy Energy Bars

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse 2-4 times

until the mixture sticks together but leaving some texture to it.

Put the mixture into a parchment lined square baking dish and

spread evenly one half to one inch thick. Place the pan into the

freezer for 4 hours. Let it thaw for ten minutes and cut into bars.

You can store them in the refrigerator.
